No expensive meal plans. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fairness and integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The First Week: Harder Than You Think<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Day 1 started with enthusiasm. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The early morning wake-up, 30 minutes of body weight exercise in the living room, will feel like a victory in itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Day 2 Legs will be screaming. Every muscle ached. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rising out of bed will be like climbing Mount Everest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>That is what no one will tell you about beginning a fitness challenge: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Week 1 is torturous.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The body is not accustomed to the new routine.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pains are found in areas that had not been there before.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that voice inside the head keeps telling you to skip today, you can make up tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Almost Day 5 was the time to quit.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nausea will begin to appear, and the motivation will be completely gone; pizza sounded much better than another workout.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But pushing through worked. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exercise was switched to a less strenuous one, a 20-minute walk and stretching.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> And you know what? style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The experimentation with the workouts became routine: one day it was HIIT workouts, the next day a run, and sometimes it was bodyweight exercises only, such as push-ups, squats and planks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The key was variety. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It Hard because the need to have dramatic results went contrary to changes that could have been made more nuanced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, this is the reality: Real fitness is not about revolutionary changes.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It concerns environmentally friendly practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By Day 30, the following have been achieved:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><a
