      During this COVID-19 pandemic, it’s important to wear a mask when we go outside. But many have doubts about wearing a mask while exercising. However, New research has shown that it’s safe to wear a mask while exercising.

      Yes, your heart rate, oxygen level, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and time of exhaustion are not significantly affected by wearing a mask during moderate to strenuous workouts and aerobic physical activity. So, wear a mask while exercising and ensure your safety.
