A lot of the women of Sri Lanka concentrate all their weight loss regimens on their stomach and thighs. However, face and neck fat can be the first to show, and it can also be the last to go away since you might be losing weight elsewhere. The bottom line is that with the proper diet, fluids, exercises and lifestyle adjustments, the fat on your face and neck will yield to treatment very easily. This guide will tell you exactly how Sri Lankan women get face and neck fat and will provide you with a very clear and tangible plan to naturally and visibly lose the fat in a few weeks if you work towards it every day.

Why Does Face and Neck Fat Build Up

Facial fat and fat on the neck are stored for a few distinct reasons. The most common one is body fat in general. Make no mistake, your face contains fat, just like all of your other body fat, and if it is high on the rest of your body, it will be high on your face and neck. The second most common problem is water retention. Too much salt, refined carbohydrates, or sugar in your diet causes your body to retain extra water in your face, jaw and neck tissues. This produces a ‘puffy’ and swollen appearance on the face that many people thought was caused by fat, but is actually caused by fluid retention and can not only shrink in an instant but can also be improved with the following changes. Poor lymphatic drainage is the third cause. Your lymphatic system dries up during sleep, when you are avoiding exercise, and are less active the day after, causing fluid to collect in the face and neck.

Take steps in Step #1 to cut down on salt and sugar immediately

Like any change you could make to your face shape, decreasing your salt and sugar intake from today onward will be the quickest change you can make. Salt forces your body to do the same thing, trapping your water in the tissues of your face and leaving it looking swollen, especially around your jaws, under your eyes and around your neck. The overconsumption of salt is mostly by Sri Lankan women in pickles, papadam, packaged snacks, kottu with soy sauce and daily consumption of salted fish. Suggestion: Use fresh lime juice, fresh chilli, and a light amount of cooking spices on home-cooked meals. Over time, sugar inflames the face and body, causing puffiness and loss of quality. If you are dedicated to reducing the amount of sugar and salt you consume within that period periodically, you will already notice the slimming of your face without making any other changes.

Increase your daily water intake in Step 2

Wishing to have a thinner face and neck area, you will discover one of the most counterintuitive approaches out there: consuming extra water. A state of dehydration leads your body to store all the fluid it has in your facial tissue and store it as a protective measure for the body. With adequate water intake regularly, your skin gives up the extra water and your face appears to flatten and plumpness is gone. Drink a glass of water at least 8 times a day. Drink 2 cups in the morning, before your breakfast. Take a caffeine-free glass before eating every meal. Do not use any sweet drink or soft drink; instead, it is recommended to use fresh lime water or plain water. One of the easiest, cheapest, and best tricks there is for an ambitious face lift is to drink water every day to actually shape your face and lessen that puffiness in a fairly decided timespan of dedicated effort.

The third exercise in Step 3 involves facing and exercises for the neck

Specific facial muscle exercises are used to tone muscles that lie below the skin of the face and neck, causing the face to look lifted and defined over time. These exercises are very easy to perform anywhere and do not require much time (5 mins per day). Jaw release is done by making gentle movements in your jaw, as though chewing your food with your mouth closed, and then keeping your mouth open as widely as possible while pushing your tongue against your lower teeth. Repeat 10 times in a 5-count. The neck roll is done by rolling the head slowly back and forth, in a full circle, 5 times forward and backward in each direction. Strengthens and stretches the side and front of the neck. The fish face is an exercise in which you suck your cheeks inwards for a count of 10, and then release. Repeat 15 times. After doing these exercises daily immediately after you shower and wash your face, you will notice a sharper jaw line and a firmer and slender neck in only a few weeks of the workouts.

Lose Face and Neck Fat

Rest on Your Back

Your sleeping posture is a big factor in the firmness of your face in the morning and ultimately, in the long run. Gravitational build-up of fluid on facial tissues is caused by sleeping face down or on your side. When sleeping on the back, the fluid can be distributed evenly and puffiness can be significantly decreased in the morning. It also prevents the formation of sleep lines that round up the jaw and cheeks, giving a heavier appearance. If lying on your back makes it difficult to fall asleep, raise your pillow a little bit so that your head is higher than your heart. This will help you to achieve lymphatic drainage in the face and neck while you sleep.

In the 5th step, the overall fat loss supports the face

The best long-term plans for losing face and neck fat begin with lowering the amount of body fat with a regular daily diet and exercise routines. To trim your face naturally, your body will shed weight with exercise and proper nutrition, which will in turn reduce its size. Replace white rice with red rice three times a day, add one teaspoon of sugar to your daily tea, follow B15 walks daily to help you clear your aches and pains, and get at least 8 glasses of water daily. The following basic and budget-friendly routines truly target face fat from its core. If you now incorporate these targeted facial exercises, improved hydration and sleeper positions outlined above and an honest, daily, consistent approach over the course of 30 days, the transformation your face, jawline and neck will undergo will really surprise you, and those who see you routinely on a regular basis.
